Add a step where you can easily send an internal email as a step in the customer journey -
Filtering columns in a segment
Enable all columns in a segment to be available to filter. Some are greyed out due to them being a component e.g. owner name. It's vital for us to be able to filter when there are multiple people adding to a list and want to see who they've added.

Filter by contact owner
Need the ability to filter by contact owner within a segment considering sales people are often tasked with adding to/viewing a segment.

Fix buggy email editor in real time marketing
Email editor is extremely buggy.
Creates extra spacing in text (which doesnt show on preview).
Font updates don't always work.
Changing text/hyperlink colour doesn't always work.
Lots of random issues that really do need to be resolved finally.

Need improved capability to add more than 100 contacts to real time segments
We consistently need multiple sales people to add to a real time segment, however, this is not possible as there is a 100 contact limit and there is no way for them to add via the 'contacts' view in d365 sales (which they primarily use).
At the moment, we are having to create a marketing list, ask sales people to add to that, then create a real time segment using that marketing list. It is highly inefficient and you end up with lists all over the place.
The real time segment needs to be accessible from D365 sales and there needs to be no restriction on how many contacts can be manually added.
It's like no real marketing people were involved with the design of all this.
