When export Response Report, user can change the timezone of customer response to collect the correct data of "Start Time" and "Completion Time".

The "No Update" setting option is only available on Landing page form. It's not been released or developed in Event registration form yet. If this feature is available in Event regis form, we can capture the information of new customer through events and the customer already exist in the system.

For now, in the Registration responses sub-grid show the response for each Custom registration field that user submit on the event portal. Each Custom registration field response will be record as 1 line in this sub-grid. So the data of Registration responses will be multiply many time despite to the number of custom registration form you add in Event portal. For example: If user A register for the event that have 3 custom registration field, in the Registration responses sub-grid will show 3 line of user A. And when we export Registration responses as excel file, it's hard to see the insight of these data. If we can export the data as Customer Voice response, all custom registration field is on 1 line of Event registration, that would be great.

When we export the "Most active users performing operations" report on CDS, the report only contain the name of user and create, update, delete and read action. But we need more information to identify user because there are lots of user with the same name. And to collect these reports, we need to bulk update "Last Name" with "Email" to identify each user, which will cause the interruption of the system and waste of time & effort. Please give user the ability to customize the information of user before export it. Beside, the time to collect data in "change filters" button is limit to only about a month, please expand it to at least 3 months.
