It is inefficient for business to delete values​that are no longer used in option set fields. When creating a new record, display only the values that can be used. And we need an item to set a value that cannot be used when opening a past record.

When multiple people edit a field at the same time, the information entered by the first user is overwritten. You can avoid confusion if there is the function to notify "editing" or "read-only" to anyone other than the first person to start editing. （Example） ・ Click [Account Entity] - [Any Record]. ・ The record is displayed as "read-only" except for the user who first accessed the record.
