Enterprise organizations can have very stringent branding standards. The current email template editor is very limiting. Even if an email is designed and HTML provided, it cannot easily be added to the template editor - current experience is trying to copy and paste it from a web browser. There is also a limitation with the embedded first question of a survey. once added, it removes everything else in the existing template. There needs to be a better way to work that into the design (or have URL's for the specific questions provided to allow fully custom email templates.
