    Sharepoint badly needs to have a publish to the play store option ?


    Your power automate product needs to actually work outside of examples with copy and paste


    Sharepoint needs to urgently have the basics of normal web forms


    Ms needs to interoperate with zaps


    Your staff need to better understand that forms should be able to publish to the dataverse and data blobs.

    Allow Outlook D365 interface to select a default for accounts

    It would save me if my Outlook D365 interface would default the Accounts & Contacts to my default views used by D365. I hate having always to use switch the view. I hate wasting time on repetitive tasks.

    Manage triggers for exceptional/holidays closure

    We have a problem managing messages for holidays/exceptional closure.

    There is only one trigger associated to non-working hours so we can't display 2 differents messages if we are in holidays closure or in exceptional closure.

    We can't add/edit the existing triggers (we can only modify the text-message associated).


    Note : we solved this issue using the Power Virtual Agent and Power Automate, but it's not an easy solution to maintain.

    Trackable surveys from RealTime Marketing

    Please make it possible to track surveys send via Real Time Marketing, to an individual customer. ATM it is only possible to have "Marketing respondent" as a respondent, no individuals, even though you have the option to go "anonymously". If you deselect it will still be "Marketing Respondent".

    Renaming the Queue

    The Queue can't be saved until and unless we tick the option of advanced queue for first time and we couldn't change from advanced queue to basic queue if we don't want advance queue. If we want to save queue as basic queue we need to tick the advanced queue and untick again before saving it.


    In Dynamics 365 CRM we cannot convert advance queue to basic queue, Microsoft should look into it and should give privilege to customer to convert advance queue to the basic queue.

    Survey status - design changes for marketing email server

    When Mail is delivered to Recipient mailbox server they might be having some security policies due to which the mail gets scanned and due to this the status would get updated to Read and Opened. Suggested idea is to perform design changes on the marketing email server responsible for the survey distributions, to reflect appropriate statuses, and in case where external policies restrict the server information, to at least have the status as "Delivered" instead of Read or Opened, as overall currently, this results in inconsistent survey delivery statuses and can cause confusion in businesses.


    This idea is raised on behalf of a customer that I've worked with as a Microsoft Dynamics Support Engineer and the information about how the marketing email server is currently designed was provided by a member of the Product Group team during a session with the customer. PG member has already acknowledged that this is currently a design limitation and potential changes are being discussed internally.

    When we add variables to the survey and put them into the link as parameters, the end user can skip the variables and he able to finish the survey without add any variables.

    we want to make the variables a necessary requirement to open or finish the survey.

    [Response of the Customer Voice survey] completion of the "Regarding" field

    Actually the “Regarding” field is not set for now on the CV Surveys. This is an expected behavior with the current logic of your software.

    But for the requirements business (users) it is very important to identify the trigger (CRM records) that sent the survey.


    example:

    1/ Following the closing of a case (CRM entity), from a journey an email is sent to the concerned contact.

    Email with a link of a customer voice survey.

    2/ The customer responds to this survey

    3/ a CRM record is saved in the CRM ("Answer of the Customer Voice survey") but the "Regarding" field is empty.


    It's annoying because the user can't make the connection between the customer's answers and the closed case. Several cases can be opened for a CRM Contact. How to know to which box is attached the survey and therefore the customer's answers?

    To be able to remove footer when embeding a form on a website

    When embedding a form on a website, it is crusual to be able to remove the footer from the form.


    Today we can edit the footer text, but it would be preferable to be able to remove the entire footer block with the information that is saying Powered by Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. The other information is already removable.


    For a "verified" company, this should not be necessary information to have and I have never seen any other embedded form "out there" with this information.


    The whole idea of having a form embedded on a site is to make the form feel seamless integrated and not just a form who is placed "on top" of the site. It is a shame that it is not possible to add screenshots of what I mean.
