Dynamics 365 Customer Voice

Each survey question should have unique survey question id (this can be an auto number). This will help user to track the questions based on the ID. Also this will help Operations team to find the record in DataVerse.

We need to be able to reset metrics. We tested the survey with dummy data, which is included in the metrics scores. Now that we have cleared the dummy data and there are no responses, the metrics still have values. I need the metrics to be reset to 0

It would be useful to allow multiple selection on Dropdown menus as sometimes the list with possible answers is too long for the multiple choice option

Idea: Customers should be able to provide Privacy Statement on various levels relevant to their organization: tenant level / environment level / project level / survey level Context for the idea: Currently, Microsoft forces the customers to provide a Privacy Statement URL on a tenant level (Azure Portal > Azure Active Directory > Properties > Privacy Statement URL). This is done through displaying the following automated message in the footer of each survey: "The owner of this form has not provided a privacy statement as to how they will use your response data. Do not provide personal or sensitive information." The problem we, as a large organization with hundreds if not thousands of business units, find with the current state is that the privacy statement can only be provided on the tenant level, which makes it literally impossible to make this statement relevant to a specific responder group, as it has to be kept super high level and general. In our case it would make more sense if we could have a separate Privacy Statement per survey or at least per project.

Currently, if we create a choice type question with "Others" option we cannot apply branching rule if the response is "others" as the option is not displayed in the branching rule responses. Please add this feature. Thanks!!

Indicating mandatory questions is important but the asterisk on a separate line item/in between the question and the answer option(s) makes the survey seem unnecessarily longer to respondents. This will impact response rates. Poor UX and there are far better UX indicators of mandatory questions out there.

Make the header smaller/more customization. Currently it takes a HUGE amount of real estate when someone first clicks on the survey and that will decrease survey response rates. Either give me more options to brand it, empower me to make it the size for my needs, or get rid of it.

Would be nice to have the option to rotate/randomize answer options to eliminate eventual order bias

When you add a photo to a Form question, it only lets you add alt text in the Form's main language. When you go to edit your multilingual Form, there is no option to edit the image at all. In addition, not only should you be able to edit the alt text in all languages but you should be able to change the image entirely for the multilingual Forms. Sometimes my images have text, and I cannot upload a translated version of the image to my multilingual Form. More flexibility for images in Forms please!
