Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data

Develop a method to copy segments between different environments, such as from production to QA and vice versa.

Presently, achieving this requires going through each segment individually. In some instances, there might be a large number of segments or complex segments, which complicate this process.

Enabling a means to move segments within environments would be greatly beneficial.

We are using Synapse Link to move Dataverse data towards Data Lake and there to Azure SQL Server.

Now the marketing team would like us to move email events created from Customer Insights (Real-time marketing & Outbound) with the same way.

How are we able to accomplish this? I can´t seem to be able to see the tables I need when I try adding them in Azure Synapse Link (make.powerapps.com).

Currently there is a bug in the insights tab - when I select a data range it only impacts the data in the tiles at the top. It doesn't impact the Top 10 Links table. This is confusing since the same stat in 2 different places in the same report can show different numbers.

When I sent this to support, I was informed this is "ex expected" aka by design. In which case the design needs to be modified since the current behavior is confusing and can lead to incorrect data interpretations.

When using advanced find on marketing lists, the results default to customer name and business phone. The ability to adjust result columns to expand beyond those categories would be useful for our processes.

Results within the traditional menu of Advanced Find can display name, email, organization, etc, but the results of queries created on marketing lists are rather limited.

Create Power Query connectors for the standard Social Media platforms so that clients don't have to build them custom or purchase third party tools. These are very common and should be available out of the box:

we face issues with the functionality of publish options for forms.

We would like to use the variant "Embed Form". Currently the generated JavaScript code does not consider any CSS classes and styles in Real time markeitng email.

So we expect the Java Script generator to provide more details such as header, fonts, footer details so that it will reduce the manual option to entering the code for rest of the features and options always.

When we copy the Wrapper that is described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/web-api-http-requests-handle-errors#example-wrapper-ajax-function-for-the-csrf-token in the power pages we get error, the documentation lacks information about header.

Editing the header fixed the issue however, so we request to update the documentation with complete steps which will help other users who are referring to the article.

It is not possible to edit custom pages on Design Studio of power pages, it would help if there is an option available to support

Being able to set different views is great but is far more time-consuming than just allocating a journey, segment or email design to a folder that is specific to a certain campaign, project, year or month. Folders would help us be able to quickly see all the journey's or emails that belong to a specific campaign we are running and easily pick them out for analysis etc.

version controlling if datasources would be helpful to business/developers to be able to track the changes made to the datasources over a time period. as of now, we can not trace user who made changes to datasources.
