Set Default Values for Activity Attributes
Suggested by Emma Meade – New – 0 Comments
Sometimes there are attributes that don't fully fit an activity, but are needed for situations like predictions.
For instance, if you want to make predictions based on SalesOrder activities, you need to have the IsReturn field filled. If you're making SalesOrders based on data that doesn't have an IsReturn field, it would be helpful to say when you're mapping the table that IsReturn should always be false.

Allow Multiple Paths to Connect Activities to Customer Profile
Suggested by Emma Meade – New – 0 Comments
Currently, you can only select one path to connect an Activity to a Customer Profile table (ex: If you're building Customer Profiles off of Contacts and Leads, you can only select one way to connect an Activity to a Contact, and one way to connect an Activity to a Lead. )
Since Activities may not directly refer to that Contact/Lead, but might connect to the Opportunity the Contact is tied to, or there might be another field (like the "To" line in an email activity), it'd be helpful to be able to specify multiple pathways where, similar to mapping in the Data Unification, if the first path doesn't yield results, it moves the next path, and so on.

Support multiple
Suggested by Karin Feichtner – New – 0 Comments
Please support multivalue lookup columns in Customer Insights - Data segments. Currently there is a restriction:
- Multivalue lookup (PartyList). Some system lookup columns can contain multiple values. For example, the To lookup column of Email rows can contain multiple recipients. Searching multivalue lookup columns isn't supported.
Example:
Query required participants of appointments in a segment. Currently only first contact is delivered in segment for each appointment.

creating a new string field for the concatenation of CC same as To Recipients
We are trying to build out email response capabilities in a canvas power app, and have discovered that the CC field is not accessible via the Dataverse connector for the email table. See attachment indicating that we can't access the Activity Party list of CC members. We're having to build out a Flow to retrieve this information, which is adding significant unnecessary overhead to our application, and adding performance degradation for our users.
We would like Microsoft to make the CC party list from Dataverse accessible via the Dataverse connector on the email table/entity as we can do same as To Recipients
Meaning ToRecipients is currently a concatenated string of the To: parties that are stored in ActivityParty.
We are looking for a feature to have cc and BCC field as a concatenated string so we can retrieve the data without putting much efforts to pull data into Canvas apps -
Ability for customer to force refresh Historical Analytics data
Suggested by Ian Newbury – New – 0 Comments
Currently if the Historical Analytics data does not refresh we have to contact Microsoft support in order to force the refresh. It would be useful if the customer was able to do this themselves. This would save time and resource, and therefore cost, for both the customer and Microsoft.

PowerBI as a Data Source
Suggested by Keetha Sukumaran – New – 0 Comments
It'd be nice to use PowerBI as a data source which would allow users to use their calculated columns and measures within the unified customer profiles.
This would be very powerful in enhancing the personalization capabilities of Customer Insights - Data

Multi select fields as a Primary Key in Unify or activities or datasources
Suggested by Charan Nalluri – New – 0 Comments
Hi,
I am from a D365fno background, here normally all tables or entities support a single field as a primary key ,in the D365 fno example SalesLine table the primary key is (SalesId and line number fields). Is there any possibility achieve this? or do we need to expect this feature in next release?

Export/Import secment deffinition
Suggested by Luis Forero – New – 0 Comments
We've encountered the necessity to transfer segments between environments (Production/QA). Given the significant volume of segments, along with their complexity, the task of moving/copying segments between environments can become quite tedious.
Exporting segment definitions to a text format and subsequently importing these definitions into a different environment could potentially alleviate the challenges associated with such tasks.
