Several companies want the ability to communicate to Leads who are not associated with Contacts. Today, you cannot create a segment with leads, you cannot use a Marketing List in a Journey with leads because it only allows subscription lists (which must be contacts). Business Case: Use a Simple Email Journey for Leads (not associated with contacts).

Marketing Form that does NOT Update Records
We have a company that wants to use Marketing Forms but does NOT want the lead or contact records updated. They only want a new lead created if a record is not found. Based on the current functionality, you must select Update Contacts, Update Leads, or Update Contacts/Leads.

Better UI to Manually Check-In Event Attendees
We would like to see an easier/faster UI to manually check-in event attendees. For example, select an event and display a list of all attendees who registered for the event. Each list item could have a checkbox to check them in. You check multiple and click save.

Include Access to Event Business Timeline Workflow with Event Security Roles
We have found that when the Marketing app is installed, the Event roles do not include access to the Event Business Timeline Workflow. Therefore, we always have to go add the access to the Event Administrator and Event Planner roles. It would be good if this was done upon installation and did not require manual effort. Without this, the customer does NOT see the Business Timeline Workflow process on Events.

Allow All Field Types to be Hidden on Forms
Only 'single line of text' and 'two-option' field types can be hidden on Marketing forms. Please enhance the tool so that ANY field type can be hidden - specifically option sets.

More Easily Resize Images on Landing Pages & Emails
Enhance the ability to change image size within the Marketing Page and Email editors. Rather than entering size in pixels, allow the customer to drag a corner of an image to resize - with the option to keep current scale or not.

Show Options in Value Field for Marketing Assets in Segment
Today, when you reference another Marketing asset from a Customer Journey, Email, or Marketing Page - you will get a list. For example, if you add a Form to a Customer Journey - you get a drop-down list/search for existing and live forms to choose from. In Segments, the value field for Marketing Assets "Name" is free form text. You have to know and type the name of the Marketing Asset. This leaves a lot of room for error. We would like to see a drop down for these types of Values in Segments.

Map Fields from Parent Contanct to New Lead Created by Journey
When a new lead is created by a Customer Journey - it copies over Name, Phone, and Email from the Contact record. However, there are other fields in the Contact record that customer's want to add to the new Lead record. For example, Company Name should also be populated. Provide a way to identify what fields should be mapped when a new lead is created from a customer journey. To resolve this today, a custom workflow is needed.

Support Lookup Fields on Marketing Forms
Currently, we cannot add lookup type fields to a Marketing form as lookup is not supported by the app. Can you please update this to support/allow lookup type fields. For example, if Source Campaign is a lookup field - allow me to add that field to the form - default the value - and hide it.

Allow Segment based on Dynamic Marketing List
Due to the "number of hops" we cannot access a certain group of Contacts within a segment. Allow the creation of a Segment from a DYNAMIC Marketing List, not just Static.
