Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data

Like in the CIJ side and also other CE apps / Power Platform environments it would be super useful from the security and governance perspective if CID could support Entra ID security groups and not just individual users from Entra ID.

There should be an option to include Dataverse option set labels in Customer Insights Data.

Currently, when we ingest the data, only the option set value (integer) is included, not the label.

It could be beneficial for users when creating segments or measures.

It is not currently possible to delete topics in commercial consents from compliance profiles. 

However, as the purpose of topics is to target marketing emails, they are sometimes temporary. 

Therefore, the ability to delete them would improve the user experience and reduce confusion through leaner tables.

In years past the posts added to the Timeline portion of the account/client entity was arranged by date of modification. Now this is no longer the case and there is no fix for it. Instead, the customer is being told the setting to organize posts by date was "erroneous" and is not an actual option. So, are we to understand the posts were naturally organizing themselves from oldest to newest over the last 8 years? The posts feature is heavily used by this agency; having them organized by date makes it more efficient for information to be found when needed. Please devise a method to either filter or sort by date.

When adding a bookable resource to a system user, you can only add 1 bookable resource, if you try to add more, you get an error message. Instead of that, you should get a popup that says, your only allowed one resource. The error message to me feels like it is a bug in CRM

Neither the deprecated D365 Marketing nor the new D365 Customer Insights - Data will create new contacts in D365 Customer Insights - Journey. However, this is unreasonable to our customers. They request Microsoft product team can allow this happen, or at least offer a switch to let the customer use this feature with their control.

As of now, we are not able to see any system processes when connected using Power BI. If we can see these details when connected using Power BI will be helpful for the business/developers to build monitoring report. like process failures, data refresh failures and export failures etc.

As of now, we do not have any option to filter particular record in entities. it would be helpful we want to check for a particular record/value in any entity.

TrxDate data needs to be updated according to the selected time zone. It would be great if this data can be displayed according to the local time zone.

Infrastructure as a code for the environment setup, data source setup, entity setup, map, match, merge rules setup - Source control/versioning capabilities.
