    RT Marketing - RT Segment Import from OB - Need Status View

    I don't know if we're logging ideas for Real Time marketing under D365 Customer Insights now or still under D365 Marketing - so I will log under both until confirmed.


    Today, when you navigate to RT Segments - you can click an Import button and select OB segments. However, once you start the import - there is no where to see the status of the import. Some of our imports are extremely large and at times we've thought they've failed because we get an error saying we cannot import another segment - but it turns out, the first import is still processing.


    We also can't tell if our import had any errors, was completely successful, or completely unsuccessful.


    Can you provide a way for us to see the status of these imports and if any errors occurred, why they occurred? Perhaps include a start time and eta for finish time and actual finish time?

    Keywords support for Custom Channels in RealTime Marketing journey

    Currently it is possible to configure new Custom Channel in the journey to send text messages (like Viber/Whats App) but it's not possible to react on customer feedback. Keywords functionality is not supported for Custom Channel in RTM. In Outbound Marketing module such functionality was supported - based on messages with specified keyword that have been send back by customer, it was possible to take an action in the journey. There is no such support in Real Time module. That means that communication with customer is not fully covered. The idea is to extend RTM by adding support for keywords for Custom Channels (as it is already available for SMS).

    Ability to change decimal number formatting in Power Pages without changing language

    Problem:

    I'm designing a Power Page that adheres to English standards but requires Scandinavian numerical norms. Specifically, I need to use a comma "," as the decimal separator instead of a period ".", and a space " " as the thousands separator instead of a comma ",".


    While Power Page allows language switching to Norwegian, this alters all menu options to Norwegian, which isn't ideal. I aim to retain the website's English language but be able to adjust the number formatting.


    This also applies to date formatting, but in this case, that isse was resolved by using Site settings in the Power Pages Management:

    DateTime/DateTimeFormat

    dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm

    Power pages be made available in South Africa Region.

    -We have customers that wants Power pages be made available in South Africa Region, some of our customer their data is sitting outside South Africa, since the availability of data centers in South Africa including the Business Applications, now they would love to move/migrate to South Africa Region, now the challenge of moving of our to our region will be impacted with the fact that power pages are not available in their region.

    

    In an event Microsoft is busy with power pages in South Africa can we have timelines to advise our customers.

    Extended Customer Card Implementation Options in D365 CRM

    The ability to use all fields individually from the customer profile in the D365 CRM form for contacts and/or accounts, enables for a more precise information placement for the business user.


    Example1: I as the sales user, have been tasked with calling my customer "ACompany". Since my last meeting with them they have changed their address. This Information is already present in another system (SAP-ERP), i would like the address fields to be present in the first page of the account. But the service level details should be on a different tab.


    Example2: I, as the service user, have been tasked with calling my customer "ACompany". Since my last call with the ACompany, they have created multiple service cases with my company so i want to if they require a new support contract.


    Right now, it is possible to show all measures in one feature, but we cannot draw a specific measure to its own postion on the form. Also I don't need the measures related to sales/marketing

    When 2 contacts are merged, all information to be visible on the surviving contact in Contact Insights

    Hi we noticed an issue when 2 contacts are merged not all information is visible on the surviving contact in Contact Insights.

    After a ticket with Microsoft they informed us that this is currently not supported.

    When 2 contacts are merged only interactions of the primary contact will be visible in contact insights. It is a limitation since the insights do not get merged, all the insights are uniquely stored in marketing for a contact, and about the deactivated contact, when he is deactivated status in the insights are kept, they do not transfer to the main contact.


    We would like this to fix this product limitation

    Email Address Selection and Behaviour change for Account Entities

    We have encountered issues with multiple records having the same email address on the account entity.

    An Account entity has 3 email address fields.


    Current behaviour: Outbound emails only use Email Address 1.


    Requested Change: We would like to be able to select which email address to use when sending an email.


    In addition, we would like the behaviour of the email matching system to use the same email address in the email TO and CC fields. If an email arrives that includes email address 3 on an Account, a reply or reply all should only ever go to email address 3 and not email address 1.

Nowadays when I open Microsoft Edge I can see some news and more others but nowadays every corner of the world started learning English but without synonyms in our lines it does not make any sense so if you help to suggest daily new synonym daily with its meaning at the opening interface of search bar it helps to people learn a new word daily and they use that word in their daily conversations and improves their skills. I was also faced with this same issue daily I woke up and I searched for new synonyms. so finally, I was sharing some good things with you that can make work it. Thanks for your time.
