· What is the business impact to the customer?
· Customer while using Expense Report not able to use personal expense category as it is not visible.
· Due to this Expense report is not reflecting accuracy.
Setup:
Navigate to Expense Management > Setup > General > Shared Categories
Click on New the name of the Shared category name it as HQ Personal Costs and setup as shown below
Enable Can be used in Project > Yes
Enable Can be used in Expense > Yes and choose Expense Type as Personal
Go to Expense Management > Setup > General > Expense Category
Click on new and setup as shown in the figure below.
Category Name: HQ Personal Costs
Used in Project > Yes.
Expense Type > Personal
Default Payment Method > Select CompanyCC
Navigate to Expense Management > My Expenses > Expense Report
Click on New
Navigate to Expense Management > My Expenses > Expense Report > Click New
Expense Catogory not able to select HQ Personal Costs
Actual Result:

The standard Vendors V2 (vendors) standard mapping has the below fields for the On hold status:

while the vendors table itself has one more standard field called purchase order as showing below:
The purchase order field if used we get the below error:
Error is Unable to write data to entity msdyn_vendors.Writes to VendVendorV2Entity failed with error message Request failed with status code BadRequest and CDS error code : 0x80048d19
we can solve this by manually adding the purchase mapping value to the dualwrite which means we need to customize every time creating this mapping.
we are asking to change the standard dualwrite mapping by adding the value purchase order to the ONHOLDSTATUS mapping field for them not to face this in future implementation mentioned here:

Project-wise number sequence functionality for invoices and vouchers is not available. However, this functionality is present for free text invoices and sales order invoices. It is surprising because after mapping different number sequence groups on the customer master level and seeing it work for FTI and SO invoices, it should work for all customer invoices regardless of where they are generated from within the system.
Only number sequence group creation option is available in Project accounting and management parameter. However, that number sequence group is not populating on the creation project and as a result system is picking only one voucher sequence from the parameter and not from attached group to the customer which been selected as funding resource.
Expectation: Functionality should work for all customer invoices regardless of where they are generated from within the system.

PATCH API Creates New Record (with the same GUID which is deleted) Instead of Returning Error for Deleted GUID

Hi,
Please find the issue below described –
I noticed one thing that when we delete any record in CRM and after deleting if we search same record with that GUID (the record which we have deleted) we get this error - The requested record was not found which is valid (working accordingly ) –
But when using same GUID with the Microsoft CRM standard API and trying to update that record(which is already deleted)
For example, Microsoft CRM standard PATCH API URL -

Here , we are trying to update the deleted record deleted GUID (27477921-1411-ef11-9f89-6045bdaad182) , now when we hit this API , instead of getting error that “The requested record was not found” in the Response, it’s just creating the record (with deleted GUID 27477921-1411-ef11-9f89-6045bdaad182) immediately with all fields blank.
Problem:
When the record is already deleted, why does updating the same record with the PATCH API create a new record with the same GUID and all fields having no value? Please help to prevent this issue. Instead of creating new record it should throw error that The requested record was not found.

The "Terms of Delivery" field, which is dual-written from Finance and Operations (F&O), should be available by default on the Account form in the UI, similar to the "Terms of Payment" and "Method of Payment" fields. As re-iterated in the call the Technical team are fully aware and capable of adding the filed via customization. However as it’s a customization to standard we have to highlight to the customer as CR (costs and implications of future software update).

Dear Team,
Hope you are doing good!
To begin with, I would like to talk about the permissions for the OOB role for entity Project Approval in PO. It is by default that the Project Approval has a parent-child business, which means users in a child unit unable to see approvals for the parent unit.
So, if we want to keep a project confidential, and only allow visibility to users within small child business unit, that is impossible though. Hence, we would like to know if there is any plan to optimize this in the future that allows users to keep a project in a secret unit to manage their own projects.

Bookable resource booking tables should be accessible on power apps view directly without field service. As it stands these tables can be modified only inside the included solution for Universal Resource Scheduler and not the standard Power Apps UI. Since these tables are used by the application it should be accessible as other tables are.
Unfortunately, this does not appear to be in consideration for change in my correspondence with support.
