Summary invoice should Generated from time sheet transaction with GST in India

Issue in -Display of summary invoice while generating invoice (time sheet) thru Project invoice proposal (for Indian entity).
Details: When there GST is involved, System is showing detailed summary view of the invoice for Indian legal entity and that invoice sometime of 70-80 pages because it calculates GST on each line although there is option available in dropdown to select invoice as summary, but it prints detailed invoice only. Please work on this as it effects customer invoicing.

Expense App and OCR: Store more data from receipts and enable

Hello
Currently, Supplier, date and amount are recognized and stored in a table.
In order to facilitate the matching between the receipt and the expense, il would be helpful to also store the credit card number if it is on the receipt and the invoice\receipt number.
The credit card number may be used to match the receipt with the expense even more if expenses are imported from banks.
The invoice\receipt number may ensure that it is used only once.

The current off-the-shelf solution does not adequately cater to the needs of businesses involved in intercompany transactions, especially those seeking to precisely monitor actual costs at the manufacturing level or aggregate cost data across all participating entities in a project.
Consider the following practical scenario:
- The client manages two distinct entities: a Sales Entity and a Manufacturing Entity.
- The Sales Entity launches a Project and places an intercompany Purchase Order with the Manufacturing Entity.
- Subsequently, the Manufacturing Entity issues an Intercompany Sales Order and undertakes the creation of one or more Production Orders to fulfill the product requirements.
Unfortunately, the existing solution is not equipped to effectively track the actual costs generated by the manufacturing entity or to compile a comprehensive cost analysis for all entities participating in the project.

Prevent attachments being removed from approved expense claim lines

Give us the option to 'lock' expense attachments after a claim is approved, which would prevent an approver or finance staff member removing or editing the receipts attached to the claim once the expense claim is in approved status.
Currently it is possible to remove the attachments up until the claim is in 'processed for payment' status, which risks receipts which are needed for tax evidence from being lost and damages the integrity of the audit trail around expense approval.
If the above is not possible, consider adding a confirmation dialogue when a user presses 'remove' on an expenses attachment to reduce the chance that the receipt is removed in error.

Add 'Hide child item' functionality to Project Invoicing

We are in the process of setting up Subscription billing in a lower environment. We plan to keep our current sales process which includes, Sales orders integrate into FinOps and are automatically associated with a project. All of our invoicing is completed through the project. We are seeing that when we invoice a split product the invoice printout shows the child lines and not the parent. We have the Recurring contract billing parameters set to 'Don't print child items'. However, we do not invoice from a Billing schedule and require this functionality in Project management and accounting. Is there another parameter we can enable or is this a bug?

I was able to spend some time on this scenario this morning and was able to repro what you are seeing.
I was unable to get it to print the parent. I was able to have a short dialog with the Program manager for this area. He indicated that what we are seeing is current functionality. We don’t have an option on a project invoice proposal to toggle the child items as there isn’t an option for that. We have it on the sales order but not on the project invoice. He stated that is a good request, but nothing they would fix in a bug since the functionality is missing altogether.
Thus, I would recommend making a product suggestion for Printing the Parent item on the Project invoice. Our product managers review these suggestions regularly when considering new features and product enhancement.

Transaction Adjustment for Zero Dollar Transactions

We would like to be able to use the transaction adjustment process when we need to moved transactions to a different project even through the dollar amount is zero. We still need these to show on the right project and it would be easier to use this process instead of having to create a journal manually using negative and positive lines.
The main example of this is when we need to move hours / units from one project to the other.
For example, we have an employee charge unpaid planned time off to the wrong project and we need to move it so the data and hours are captured for the right financial dimension.
