RESTORE CUSTOMER ADVANCE PAYMENT IN FIXED PRICE PROJECTS
Suggested by stephen jones – New – 0 Comments
This feature was prevented in flight 10.0.31 - its very difficult to find any documentation, nor any reason why.
Why would anyone assume this was a good idea? Almost all projects start with a customer advance
If the user instead raises an advance invoice using on-account invoice with prepayment for a new project the user still has an issue later with adjustment for the payment, since the “Prepayment adjustment” button is also disabled.
I don't understand why such an important feature is prevented.
Please restore it asap.

Project Fee Journal Workflow
Suggested by Robert Gibbons – New – 0 Comments
Project Fee Journals should have the option to be workflow managed.
Whilst the project invoice proposal does have approval workflow, the fee journal generates a revenue accrual (prior to invoicing), and good accounting practice dictates that business should have the ability to manage approvals against accounting entries.

Fix "Copy Week" in Time Entry
Suggested by Russell Degrove – New – 0 Comments
Copy Week feature never works for me. It starts to load, grayed out, with time entries for everyone in our org. It never filters down to mine or enables at all. Would be a very useful feature if it were reliable.

Automatically setup Vendor Agreement For PwP on Projects
Suggested by Steve Dobbs – New – 0 Comments
Vendor agreement need to setup on each project and subproject that need them. This is very labor intensive and duplicative. Most companies that use PwP have a policy that applies to most projects for vendor agreement PwP. For example all subconsultants a subject to PwP. So to new features would be be helpful
- The Vendor agreement default values for the module could setup as a global parameter of on the project group.
- When a vendor agreement is setup on the top level project there should be the option for it to copy down to the subprojects.

Subgrid should not display all related records in the table if there are in fact none assigned
Suggested by Lukasz Karolak – New – 0 Comments
Currently if you create a many-to-many relationship between msdyn_project and aad_users entities (i.e. to have some users assigned to a project as a customisation), and then you'd like to extend the Information form of the Project entity with a subgrid component, which would allow you to add users to a project, the behaviour of the subgrid component is counter-intuitive:
- if you don't assign any AAD Users to a project, then the sub grid shows all the possible AAD Users that are found in the directory - this is misleading for the application users which might think that all the users are assigned to a project
- in fact, on the data level (dataverse), the connection is correct and there are no users assigned to the given project
- if the project gets at least one AAD User assigned, then the subgrid behaves correctly, displaying only the users that were assigned to the very msdyn_project record.
The idea would be that the subgrid component does not show any users in the list if there are none assigned to the given project.
We have got the confirmation from Microsoft Support that this current behaviour is OOTB right now and could be changed in the future, if there are enough votes for the idea.

Unvalued intercompany hours for an internal type project
Suggested by Imane Ait Allal – New – 0 Comments
When a timesheet is created, submitted(workflow) and posted from a lending company to a borrowing company with project type used “internal”, and checking the borrowing company project(type “internal”) pending transaction, we noticed that the sale price valued as zero.
However, when the same is repeated using a project type "Fixed-price, we have the sale price valued on the borrowing company project(type “fixed-price) pending transaction.
There is a discrepancy of behavior between intercompany timesheet(Internal project type) posted with sales price valued as Zero while that of a normal posting on a single entity shows a valued sales price,
The system should have the same beahvior for a posted hours in an internal projet .

Add "Remaining Effort" column on the "Assignment" tab
Suggested by Quenneth Surban – New – 0 Comments
It would be great if user's would be able to customize the view so that they could add more additional fields/columns especially the "Remaining effort" column in the Assignments tab in a Project.
This would allow better context when user's need to assign/plan for each resource's effort distribution.
