Item requirement with multiple funding source project contract does not support funding source allocation

The Item requirement is as function belonging to the project module, where multiple funding sources and funding source allocation rules are a basic functionality.
Project cost consists of:
- Hours
- Expenses
- Item from warehouse
Of these the funding source allocation rules works fine on Hours and Expenses, and it is no longer working for item consumption.
Before some time in 2020 it was working as expected..

Can the timezone on the user record personalisarion be updated using sysadmin

Currently only the user can browse/update their timezone.
Sysadmin has to use xrmtool to browse/update their timezone.
Can this be changed?

Item requirement project budget consumption

Scenario: When no Cost price is set in the Released Item form/Manage cost section, on created Item requirement, the system does not consume the project budget.
When processing Item journal with no set Cost price (meaning 0.00) the project is consumed properly.
Business demands: Customer does not set the Cost price as its not relevant to the business scenario.
Business requirement: Project budget to be consumed by any transaction based on the actual cost value to the project.

Project grants cannot add exist project in D365 Project module

when user Create a new Grant on project grants. Then go and add a project It only allows you to create a project - not add an existing. It results in no link between the Grant and the project hope we may have re-design for the function as some user need import project grants to system.

Project Invoice Customer Name

Business Scenario: The system takes the Delivery name of the Address instead of the Customer name. This is confusing for Customer as the expectations are that the customer name on the Invoice comes from the customer name, not from the Delivery name.
Request: To change the path from where Customer name on the Invoice to comes from the Customer name in the system.

Project setup over variouse legal enteties as part of a global PMO

At the moment it is impossible to setup a project for a different owning company as the owning company of the user.
Working in a global company with a global PMO (which is in charge to setup projects globally) requires the possibility to setup

Currently, the tax information on item requirement line is getting defaulted from the legal entity default primary setting and not from the defaulted tax information at project master level.
The Tax information on item requirement line should be defaulted from the project master tax information and not from the Legal entity primary setup.

For timesheet lines tied to FMLA, restrict timesheet line visibility to specific approvers/reviewers

Generally, timesheet approvers can see ALL timesheet lines. However, if an employee has gone on FMLA leave - for medical or any reason, there are potential confidentiality issues/risk that a business must take into account.
Aforementioned, typically all timesheet approvers can see all timesheet lines. There is a need to restrict visibility of time that is tied to FMLA or any other leave that warrants legally required employee confidentiality.

Imporvement on the Project adjustment process

When hour transactions or time sheet transactions for a project is adjusted and distributed equally to multiple projects then the process is getting timed out. There is no batch job for this process as well.
Currently the recommendation is to adjust with smaller number of transactions at one time.
The expection here is hour transactions or time sheet transactions for a project is adjusted with more number of lines then the process should get completed in a timely manner.
