View the device names of active users by device type.
Suggested by Takeru Endo – New – 0 Comments
Active users by device type in Dataverse analytics can't see the device name.
By implementing this feature, users can see the name of the device they are logged in to, which makes management more efficient.

Environment Initial Loading Time Too Long
Suggested by Winston Cheng – New – 1 Comments
Trying to initially load into Dynamics 365 takes far too long. This seems to take around 2-3 minutes before the page finally loads and the rest of the site loads normally almost each day. This can be frustrating for users as that is a fairly long wait at the start of the day and nothing really shows of what the loading status is, and just seems like it's stuck loading the main Dynamics page forever.
We had reached out to Microsoft's support about this and also ran a diagnostic test to confirm that this isn't an issue with our connection. They had noted this is due to a design limitation with Dynamics and how it loads up metadata initially and that nothing can be done about it and suggested we raise an idea here to assist with having them look into the feasibility of enhancing it.
It would be ideal that loading the initial page (which is literally just the Apps list) not take 2-3 minutes as it doesn't make that much sense that this much metadata needs to be downloaded just to show the initial page. Changes should be made on how metadata is handled so it doesn't need to be all downloaded at the start to improve the load time.

Switch Azure Directory from within the Power Platform Admin Center
Suggested by Robert Hess – New – 1 Comments
We need the ability to switch Azure Active Directories from the Microsoft Power Platform admin center. This will allow our clients to invite our current user accounts into their directory, and not create separate logins in their directory. This type of functionality already exists in the Azure and Partner portals.

Who else has this record open?
Suggested by Jim Corriveau – New – 0 Comments
When a User loads a record into a main or card form there should be a banner that tells the User who else has the record open. When the User attempts to save a record and it is still open by another User they should be prompted that the record is open and do they still want to save. Thank you, Jim -

OOB feature to generate report of Non-licensed user requests within specific duration.
Suggested by Noah Hoang (Tek Experts) – New – 0 Comments
Currently, Power Platform Admin Center does not offer an out-of-the-box capability to generate detailed API usage reports for non-licensed (non-interactive) users within a specific time window (e.g., a particular 24-hour period).
This limitation makes it difficult for administrators to:
- Troubleshoot throttling issues that may occur in short bursts
- Monitor or audit integrations using non-licensed accounts
- Align API usage to organizational compliance or SLA windows
We propose the introduction of a built-in report or API that would allow tenant admins to filter non-licensed user activity by user ID and time range (e.g., last 24 hours, past week).
This enhancement would significantly improve observability, governance, and operational readiness for large-scale or enterprise-grade environments.

We should have an option to download the detail of attachments stored in File capacity
Suggested by Victor Pham – New – 0 Comments
Currently, we only have the option to download the summary of total File capacity consumption. We should also have the choice for the Admin to download the attachments stored in File capacity, which includes images, attachment in emails, etc to monitor the resource in the environment.

The Dynamics 365 Excel export timeout limit needs to be increased.
Suggested by Taiki Nishikawa (Japan Concentrix KK) – New – 0 Comments
Current Dynamics 365 Excel export timeout has an internally hardcoded timeout of 12 minutes.
Because the 12 minute timeout is the default behavior, it is not possible to change the Excel export timeout value.
Therefore, we need the ability to increase the Dynamics 365 Excel export timeout limit.
With this implementation, the export limit will no longer time out at 12 minutes, allowing companies to work without worrying about the export limit and improving work efficiency.
