Dark Mode

Please add a Dark Mode to Dynamics 365. If you do not have a blue light filter, the brightness of dynamics can cause eye strain and headaches. -
Open productivity pane for configured entities
Suggested by Robin Feddema – New – 0 Comments
We use the productivity tools to handle cases. But when an account of contact is openend in a session the employee is also bothered by the productivity pane, even though they can't use the productivity tools for these entities. You cannot configure for which entities to enable the productivity pane. Therefore, we would like to be able to configure for which entities the productivity pane is enabled so employees don't get bothered with the pane for irrelevant entities. -
Merge the choice “Not assigned” and status “None” in Environment security group setting in Power Platform Admin Center
Suggested by Victor Pham – New – 0 Comments
In Power Platform Admin Center, when opening an environment, we can see the dashboard of environment details, including Security Group (SG) associated to environment. The SG of environment shows either SG name (if a SG is chosen) or None (if we choose Not assigned). We suggest the choice “Not assigned” and status “None” should be in the same term. In some cases, "Not assigned" implies that we haven't made a choice and therefore the default behavior prevails for that environment. When I choose "None", I am actively telling that I don't want to set a security group. With that reason, we should merge those 2 terms to avoid confusion.

The synced snippets for Logo URL, Logo alt text and Site name content snippets to be included by default in the Mobile Header content snippet
Suggested by Arian Atapour – New – 0 Comments
Within the generated Header component in Power Pages, if one desires to change the Logo, Logo alt and site name, it is hard coded within the Mobile Header content snippet. This creates a disruption with the designer when we desire to edit the above, by not syncing the changes. That happens because the changes are synced in separate content snippets. For me, this caused the issues of editing in the designer -> have the edits saved in the preview window but not being updated in the code -> therefore not updating it on the website itself.
Original Mobile Header content snippet (which does not use the mentioned snippets which update on the sync).
Company name
Edited Mobile Header content to include the content snippets that update the values when you press on sync (values of Logo URL, Logo alt text, Site name).
{{ snippets["Site name"] }}
This might makes it less confusing when dealing with logo, logo alt text or site name issues.
Everything above is created by default by the Power Pages environment.

The ability to change the text and background colors in Power Apps forms when a specific value is selected for a select type item in a Dataverse table.
Suggested by Hiroaki Hirai – New – 0 Comments
With the current specification, the only way to customize the title is to use an event handler and specify the style in JavaScript, which is not easy to do.
Implementing the ability to change the text and background colors in the Power Apps form when a specific value is selected for a selection type item in the Dataverse table will make it easier for customers to understand and use the data when they check it.

Attach a file functionality - translations
Suggested by Dimitris Thalassinos – New – 0 Comments
Currently when editing a basic form in Power Portals/Power Pages there is a checkbox that when checked enables the end user to attach a file on the corresponding entity. When that option is enabled , the label "Attach a file", the button "Choose files" as well as the label "No file chosen" next to it appears. Even though there is an option to add translations for "Attach a file" there is no option for other two. That would be help especially when multi-language is enabled for Portals.

Host CRM inside external application (Twilio) iframe
Suggested by harry tran – New – 0 Comments
Currently it's not possible to host CRM inside external website/ application iframe. It would be great if Microsoft can build a solution to host CRM inside external iframe so end users can access CRM contents from external website such as telephony service Twilio.

Business Rules in Portals
Suggested by Mujtaba Ghulam – New – 0 Comments
Power Pages is a powerful tool used for building customized landing pages and forms that allow businesses to collect information from their customers. One of the most common uses of Power Pages is for multistep forms, which break up a long form into smaller, more manageable steps.
To make multistep forms more efficient and user-friendly, it's important that businesses are able to apply their business rules to each step of the form. Business rules are a set of guidelines or requirements that are applied to a particular process, in this case, the form submission process.
By allowing business rules to function for multistep forms, businesses can ensure that each step of the form submission process meets their specific requirements. For example, a business may require that certain fields are filled out before the user can move on to the next step of the form. Or, they may require that certain data is verified before the form can be submitted.
By applying business rules to each step of the form, businesses can reduce the number of errors and incomplete submissions they receive, as well as improve the overall user experience. This can help businesses collect more accurate and useful data, which can be used to improve their marketing and sales strategies.
Overall, allowing business rules to function for multistep forms in Power Pages is an important feature that can help businesses streamline their form submission process and improve their data collection efforts.

Automatic saving of tables created on Dataverse
Suggested by Maho Takahashi (Japan Concentrix KK) – New – 0 Comments
After linking Microsoft Fabric and Dataverse, if you create a table on Dataverse, it will not be saved on the Azure Synapse Link side.
Therefore, from the Azure Synapse Link side, the table must be managed, and the newly created table must be manually saved as a choice.
The more tables created, the greater the burden on the user.
Therefore, we would very much like to see the introduction of a mechanism whereby tables created on Dataverse are automatically saved on the Azure Synapse Link side as well.
