• Control Page Load Using Clicks Not Code

    Add functionality, maybe through workflow, that allows Administrators to select a Form to load based on any criteria on the entity record, the current User's Security role, business unit, and/or team membership. This should allow the flow to run on the preload of the page so the correct form can be selected prior to display to the User. It should also allow the preload selection of the business process flow. In other words - the system should allow the Administrator the ability to configure the entire User experience without JS. Thanks, Jim
  • Email to Case Process Needs to Run when the Queue is BCC'd

    Currently, when a Queue email address is BCC'd Server Side Sync creates the message in CRM but the Email To Case Process fails to run. The Email To Case Process must run on emails where the Queue email address is in the BCC. This can be done by correcting the Email To Case Process or having SSS put the Queue email address in the TO or CC fields when the email is created in CRM. It does not matter how it is fixed as long as BCC'd email address are treated the same as a TO or CC email address. Thanks, Jim

  • Make Sent Mail From CRM to Senders Sent Items Folder Optional Per Mailbox

    In May 2020, Server Side Synchronization was enhanced to put a copy of an email sent from CRM into the mailboxes Sent Items folder. This is an awesome enhancement for individual Users however, it should be configurable per mailbox. All of our Global Customer Service Representatives correspond with Customers through a queue mailbox and all other email notifications are sent through a hand full of service account mailboxes. None of these mailboxes require a copy in their Sent Items folder since CRM is effectively tracking the same thing. This is adding thousands of unnecessary emails to Exchange every day. It would be helpful if in the CRM Mailbox configuration there was an option to opt out of this feature per mailbox. So, a sent email from that mailbox would not put a copy of the email message in the mailboxes Sent Items folder. Thanks, Jim
  • Who else has this record open?

    When a User loads a record into a main or card form there should be a banner that tells the User who else has the record open. When the User attempts to save a record and it is still open by another User they should be prompted that the record is open and do they still want to save. Thank you, Jim
  • Put back the View More/View Less functions at the Top of the Email Message in the Timeline

    Put back the ability to 'view more' and 'view less' functions at the top of an email in the timeline. This functionality was removed in the 2022 Wave 2 update. Users do not need to scroll to the bottom of a 5 page email to 'view less' when the most recent information in an email thread is at the top.


  • Add A Flag To Dataverse Email Table

    There should be a flag on the Email table that indicates how the email got into CRM. Currently, Sales has 3 methods to push an email into CRM, 1) adding the "Tracked to Dynamics 365" category to their inbox email, 2) Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, and 3) Copilot for Sales.


    it would be extremely helpful when tracking down email issues or email to case issues where/how the email(s) actually got into CRM.
