Power Platform Governance and Administration

Currently invited guest users with a privileged role like Power Platform Administrator, are not able to switch tenants between organisations.

As a workaround we had to create a dedicated Entra ID user and grant Power Platform Administrator to be able to access PPAC space of our org.

This is a feature we would like to add.

As we know Power Platform connection/link isn't reversible once the integration between the two systems is done. Disconnecting them would result in data loss as we only have the delete both instance option.

Given the scenario that, we are not able to refresh the data only in CE but not in FnO side. There is no reset option in PPAC as mentioned. The work around is having another CE available environment which we can use to perform a restore and get the desired result for the target CE environment.

We know that the choice field was create differently however we want the choice field able to modify through solution import like the other field.

Excluding a user from a security group leaves the user as an invalid user in the environment.

The security role will also remain assigned to the user at that time.

In that case, a manual operation to unassign the security role is required, but it would be very convenient for the user if the security role is unassigned when the user is excluded from the security group.

Currently Configuration Migration Tool does not support exporting blank/null values- making it hard to clear any field values with subsequent updates to reference data.

Can this feature be implemented to the tool? (pac tool cmt)

Would be great if we can select custom fields that we want to the values to be updated to null (blank) on the target environments.

Allow an administrator to remove an Application User (non-interactive) from the list of the user associated to an environment. Currently the only possibility is to put it in inactive mode which left it in the list of the users.

shows the current status of the following feature as "not available"

Embed a model-driven app as a tab app in Teams

This is a significant gap in Teams/Power Apps integration functionality. Both GCC and Commerical users can use Teams Web to embed and connect to Model Driven Power Apps on a channel tab, but the Teams Desktop experience for GCC users is broken.

Please fix this ASAP.

Currently, when importing a solution that includes duplicate detection rules, the option to overwrite customizations cannot be selected from the Power Apps Maker Portal. Instead, it is necessary to choose “Overwrite Customizations” from the traditional UI.

However, if the option to “Overwrite Customizations” could also be selected in the Power Apps Maker Portal, it would improve customer convenience and lead to increased productivity.

Currently, we don't have the ability to restrict access to the Power Platform admin center.

By implementing this feature, you can improve the security of your users.
