Currently, when duplicate detection rules are applied, it is the owner who created the duplicate record who can decide whether to merge or ignore the record.

However, some end-users want this action to be the Owner who created the record before it was duplicated.

Duplicate detection rules would be more useful with the feature to select owners who can act on duplicate detection rules.

Currently, the only addresses that can be specified for email notifications in Duplicate detection jobs are the UPNs of users registered in that environment.

Some end-users want to specify external group email addresses.

Implementing this feature will make Duplicate detection jobs more convenient.

The timeline has to be more in focus of the Customer Service Agents. 

Idea is, that Customer Service Agent can reduce / expand the case details via a button, that timeline at the top / more visible.

As well as it should be possible to select a default setting (reduced or expand view).

Selection for example could be done in the filter settings of the timeline.

Remove the followinig product limitation: Dynamics has no way of decrypting the certified email unfortunately. Attachments of this kind of email (in Italy called PEC) have arrived into dynamics like file with p7m extension and this format is not readeble for users.

We have open this case to solve the problem "PEC p7m illeggibile - TrackingID#2209220050000276 " but you have answered to insert an idea on this form.

This is the default behavior that Microsoft Teams does not work if the canvas app is embedded inside a model-driven app.

While it can be conveniently used by integrating with Microsoft Teams, it will be even more convenient if the embedded campus app can be used normally with Microsoft Teams.

I want to display an embedded campus app in a model-driven app in Microsoft Teams.

In the current design, there are few gaps between currency symbols and numbers, which makes it very difficult to see.

I want end users and administrators to be able to freely change the gap.

According to the document:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/power-platform/dataverse/working-with-solutions/install-failure-priviledge-not-assigned#workaround, there are 3 roles that can help import solution (System Administrator, System Customizer, and Environment Maker). However, it would be better if there is an out-of-the-box role that can focus on only export and import solution and help user share the components.

Currently, all the Asia-based tenant can create Dataverse environment from other region except for Australia and India. This is hard for some business scenario when the end-user is based in these 2 countries, but the administration and development need to be done from Asia region.
