In many business scenarios, having long-term access to backup data is critical for compliance, audit trails, and data recovery. Currently, Dynamics 365 only allows backups to be managed in the cloud, and the retention period is limited based on system policies.

This feature would enable administrators to download a full backup of their Dynamics 365 environment directly to a local machine, ensuring that they can retain it indefinitely or for as long as required by business needs or regulatory requirements. With a downloadable backup, organizations can maintain control over their data for extended periods, providing added security and flexibility in managing data retention policies independently of cloud limitations.

This capability would be particularly valuable for industries with stringent data retention requirements or for organizations that need long-term access to historical data for analysis or auditing purposes.

We know that the choice field was create differently however we want the choice field able to modify through solution import like the other field.

We need to remove the delete button from the form or pop up, if the current user is not having the appropriate permissions, this issue cause confusion even the delete button is not functioning if the user doesn't have the required role.

As a administrator or customizer I want the possibility to translate columns while creating the column. Also it should be possible to do the translation in the form designer as an advanced setting of the selected column. It is already possible to add custom labels on the form, but not more.

Currently the translations has to be done by exporting all columns of an entity by the ootb featur or several plugins in XrmToolBox.

With that feature it would be easier to do the customization directly in the solution.

Current Behavior: In Power BI Reports published to a Fabric Workspace, if “User Persisted Filters” is enabled, users’ filter selections are retained even after navigating away and returning to the report.

Request: Implement the same “User Persisted Filters” functionality for Power BI Reports embedded as DASHBOARDS in Model Driven apps.

Proposed Functionality: When a user selects page filters in an embedded Power BI DASHBOARD (e.g., Dashboard A), these filters should persist even if the user navigates to other areas/pages within the app or starts a new session. Upon returning to Dashboard A, the previously selected filters should remain applied.

We are bombarded with login requests even Windows is now requesting logins. At some point we will stop focusing and just login without thinking to the wrong place, and only realise it was wrong when it is to late!.

Following the steps here , to get the Read/Access logs from Purview portal for Dataverse read logs, users need to enable Auditing settings for different entities one by one.

• Single record auditing. Log a record when opened.
• Multiple record auditing. Log all records displayed on an opened page.

Customer needs to set the audit settings in several different places to get logs flowing into Microsoft Purview Compliance portal properly. Ideally customers would be able to set the requirement for all entities to do read level logging at the environment level.

Ability to enable field level security on keys, names, and status fields.

I want to be able to control access to each activity linked to the Opportunity entity.

Global Reader role must have the capability to view environments in Power Platform Admin center along with ability to see Analytics and monitor the org events/operations with read level access and no access to edit/delete components
