When a working time calendar is defined and assigned to employees, the hours/day per day default into the request. This eliminates the need to fill in this information in the request.

Require attachment of certificate in leave and absence plans
In some countries employees are required to present a medical certificate for sick leave. There should be an option to make the upload of a document for such requests mandatory. Ideally this should be dependent on the number of days of sick leave.
