Leave should auto approve based on a certain number of positive or negative balance post which if the leave balance exceeds a certain x amount of hours or days it should in go for a line manager approval. Ex : All the Leave request <= 5 (X) days should auto approve beyond 5 or x days it should for a managerial approval. The same applies for -x days.

It would be really appreciated to have the possibility to set up leave workflows based on the remaining balance!
