Add Email Type "Informational"

In outbound and real-time-marketing add email type "informational" that referes to emails existing customers can get (e.g. confirmation when they accept an offer, system maintenance, etc.) even if they opt out for marketing emails, since those are not promotional.

Ability to Display the emails correctly in outlook when they are designed with email builder in real time marketing

We have released this feature. In real-time marketing you can store PDFs and other files in the asset library and add buttons/images in email that link to/download them once clicked.

RTM - Test send email with Test Contact

In the "RTM emails", the test send options are different from the "Outbound emails"


Can you please add the option of connecting a "test contact" to the test send of the "RTM emails"?

This way you can make a test send with contact or lead data.

The "Reply-To:" header is ignored, however, in the case of automatic responses. As detailed in RFC3834, automatic responses should always be sent to the address specified in the "From:" header. In such a scenario, the "Reply-To:" header is ignored.

Only manual replies (when the recipient selects the “Reply” button) are sent to the "Reply-To:" address.

Improve Email marketing design functions

I do not find link to add in image, please create a function can be link to any objective. The tool boxes only has basic functions, please include more advanced functions. The preview look doesn`t match the actual email outlook, please fix this bug!
