In outbound and real-time-marketing add email type "informational" that referes to emails existing customers can get (e.g. confirmation when they accept an offer, system maintenance, etc.) even if they opt out for marketing emails, since those are not promotional.

It's an important feature if we want to use if for relevant Email like Welcome Emails, or "your account will be deleted if you not login in" etc.
