MMS Multimedia Message Service
Hello,
Is there a plan to enable Multimedia Message Service on Dynamics Platform.
It would be usefull in Dynamics Marketing part of a Customer Journey but also more on a 1-1 message sent from any Business Application of Customer Engagement.

Providing link insights in Real Time Marketing when sending SMS
Hi,
It will be great if the real time marketing can provide the link insights(clic through rate for example) for SMS, even the optout insights when customers reply STOP.
About In-App Push Notifications for Customer Insight Journeys
Customer Insight Journeys does not support in-app notifications, although it does have push notifications at the device level. However, Salesforce offers an in-app background push feature, which could be added to further improve customer convenience.

I want to configure push notifications in the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights app to send notifications to iOS using FCM.
The documentation for setting up push notifications in the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights app states that iOS uses APNs and Android uses FCM. However, I want to send notifications to iOS using FCM as well. I believe adding these features would improve user convenience.

Real Time Marketing - SMS - Add Inline Condition Feature
Please add the ability to create and use inline conditional content in SMS messages like we can do in email.
For example, if the condition is met - a specific word or phrase in the SMS is replaced with correct version needed.
Open deep links without https from Marketing Push Notification in the mobile app
Deep links to mobile app screens work fine when we type the url in browser.
It automatically opens the corresponding screen in the mobile app.
For example if we have an app with bundle id com.sampleapp

Ability to check the list of failed devices when push notification attempts fail a certain number of times
Currently, if you send a push notification from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and the attempt fails, you can only check it from Analytics.

Real Time Marketing - SMS - Add Dynamic List Feature
Please add the ability to create and display dynamic, filtered lists to SMS like we can do for email in Real Time Marketing.
For example - I want to send an SMS that lists the new events available for participation. Those events will each have a link to sign up.

Love that you can see outbound SMS in the Contact Timeline for Real Time Marketing.
Can you also display inbound SMS, like keyword replies, to the Contact Timeline?

This is an interesting idea that we already have some early feedback and requests for. We will possibly consider it for our roadmap down the road, along with the ability to manually reply from there as well.

Customisable domain for SMS short links
With spam text messages becoming increasingly prevalent, it'd be great if we're able to setup a custom domain to use for the automatic SMS short linking so the link is considered more trustworthy by our message recipients.
Could also be useful in shortening the out of the box ...
We'll be looking into how SMS short link domains can be customized as indeed security and brand are of importance here.
