Love that you can see outbound SMS in the Contact Timeline for Real Time Marketing.


Can you also display inbound SMS, like keyword replies, to the Contact Timeline?

Hi Stephani,

This is an interesting idea that we already have some early feedback and requests for. We will possibly consider it for our roadmap down the road, along with the ability to manually reply from there as well.
