Allow read access to Channel databases
As a partner, allowing read access to the customer environment Channel databases would enable more rapid support for the customer problem scenarios in multiple levels:
- validate Channel database SQL schema regarding new or deleted fields

massive cancellation of jobs in download session
In download sessions menu, when you need to delete many jobs, after selecting all the lines you want to delete and pressing the Cancel button then you have to press the Yes button for each deleted Job. A "Yes to all" option would be very convenient.
Batch jobs got stuck with error status and it stay in error state until manually fixed to waiting state
Batch job status changed to Error state and keep it same until manually change the status to Waiting. Log shows database connectivity issues which needs to be ignore and reinitiate the batch process.
