CIJ Lead Scoring Model Including "But not" and "or"

Give boolean options "or" and "not" for lead scoring inclusions.

One use case is Form Visit "but not" Form Completed would be very useful. using a negative maybe they visited once but filled out 2 would start to give negatives since they won't exactly cancel out.
