CRM App for Outlook - allow only to track emails
Currently to use CRM App for Outlook we have to have it sync our emails. This is dangerous that an executives private emails can sync to CRM. The setting to have the least synced is a personal setting for "emails in response to CRM Email Messages". We should ...
Possibility to Track only one email from App for Outlook- Server side Synchronization
In the old outlook plugin we had the option to check in:
"Check inkomming emails in outlook to determine whether they should be linked to to or saved to Dynamics CRM....."
Now the "lightest" option we have is: "Emails in response to dynamics 365 email".

Thanks for the feedback. It is possible to configure users to not automatically track any emails. This can be enabled using some different settings documented here:

HideEmailAutoTrackOptions
You can use one or both of the options mentioned above. There is also another setting named HideTrackAllOption.
