Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
The UCI version of the marketing lists members follows the check rows and the Remove action pattern. We do not have overlay delete buttons available at the moment. And we are not sure that this will be added in the upcoming releases.
