Recently I had an issue where I wanted to remove a user from a Static Marketing List in Dynamics CRM. Unfortunately there isn't any delete button option (recycle bin icon) and had to go the long way deleting a member of that marketing list. I have to open the marketing list > select on the "table" icon in the members form next to the "+" button. Then select the member that I want to remove > click on the three dots at the right > and from the drop-down menu select Remove This process could be more simplifies by just adding a "remove" option (recycle bin icon) in the Members section when you hover the member with the mouse cursor.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
The UCI version of the marketing lists members follows the check rows and the Remove action pattern. We do not have overlay delete buttons available at the moment. And we are not sure that this will be added in the upcoming releases.
