Custom Event Triggers for Event Entity
The current Out of the Box triggers are focused on Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Incident, Email, Text and Push. We would really like to use triggers for Events as well. You can think of 'Event Registration' - 'Cancelled Event Registration' - 'Event date is within xxx days'
We've recently shipped 3 default triggers for events -
- Marketing event check-in created
- Marketing event registration created
- Marketing event registration canceled
Marketing Emails should be call from CRM Workflow
There are some scenarios where we want to send marketing emails on change of a field, we don't have that trigger point in email marketing. Marketing Emails can only be send through customer journey.
