Real Time - Email - Integration with Canva
Rather than manually creating an email template based on a design created in Canva - we'd love to see an integration with Canva. This would allow us to create our designs in the Canva app - and have those designs come over to Email in D365. The Marketing app would essentially use the design built in Canva to provide us with an email template in D365.
One-Time Setup
- Navigate to D365 Customer Insights - Journeys > Settings and find new setting for "Canva Integration"
- Click Setup & Provide login credentials for Canva
How Integration Would be Used:
- Design email in Canva
- Navigate to D365 Customer Insights - Journeys > Email > + New Email
- On pop-up with Templates, show a tab for Canva
- Select Canva tab and see Email designs
- Select a design & click next
- Microsoft Email Designer builds email using design from Canva
- User adds content/makes tweaks & publishes

Support for Dynamic Compliance Profiles in Real-time Email
We have several customers with multiple Compliance Profiles based on Country. We now have the ability to create conditional content in emails - so an email can have multiple languages. However, the Compliance Profile we need to select is different for each country - we need support for dynamic Compliance Profiles. Perhaps it could work like this:
Navigate to Email > Settings > Compliance Profile lookup. Click "Add Condition"
- Condition is to look at the Country field of the Contact or Lead
- If Country = USA, show Compliance Profile 1
- If Country = France, show Compliance Profile 2
- If Country = Italy, show Compliance Profile 3
- default Compliance Profile (if none of those conditions are met) = Compliance Profile 1

Custom icon for wysiwyg editor or support for non-breaking space
We would like the ability to add custom icons to the wysiwyg editor for Real-time emails or if you could add an icon to add a non-breaking space that would be great!

New Read-Only Security Role for Sales, Customer Service, & Managers to Access Marketing Assets/Insights
We currently need to assign non-marketing resources the Marketing Professional - Business role to see detailed analytics (for email) on the Insights tab for Real-time. This gives them access to Marketing which we do not want. We'd like a read-only security role, out of the box, to assign non-Marketing resources so they can access Marketing assets and analytics.

Ability to Quickly Tag a Contact/Lead for a Segment
Our clients would like a quick way to "Tag" a Contact or Lead to add them to a Segment. Other Marketing Automation platforms like Hubspot have a nice way of doing this.
Here is an idea for implementing:
Tag Management
- Navigate to a Segment - see a new icon on the right-side of the editor called "Tags" - click this icon. Add, remove & edit tags for this segment
- Navigate to Settings and a new section called "Segment Tags" - see a list of all segments and the tags associated with them. Add, remove & edit tags
Tag Use
If D365 user has proper security role -
- they will see a new section on the Contact/Lead record called "Segment Tags" - they can quickly add or remove tags here.
- they can select multiple Contacts/Leads in a View and then click on a new button in the Command Bar called "Segment Tags" - here they can add or remove tags
- they can create views based on Tags: for example, show me all Contacts tagged with "XYZ"
Whenever a Tag is added to a Contact/Lead - they get included in the Segment (whether it is static of dynamic doesn't matter)

RTM Email - Identify Font Face and Font Size for Selected Text in Email
In Microsoft Office products, like Word, you can select text to see the Font details (face, color, size, styles). We desperately need something like this in the Real-time Email Designer. On many occasions, we have designed emails or email templates that we reference and identifying the font details of text in those email/email templates would save us a tremendous amount of time - otherwise we have to re-design the text and apply it everywhere.

Add Re-direct & Shorten URL Feature to Real-time
We often used re-direct URLs to create links that could provide analytics. This was especially helpful for when we posted to social media channels - we could use a re-direct for each channel to better understand engagement.
Additionally, we have use cases for needing short URLs. It would be nice if you could expand the re-direct concept to also shorten the URL. Not required, but nice to have.
