• Edit Form Input Font Styling, Specifically Textarea/Multiple Lines of Text

    After speaking with Microsoft - I learned this issue is "by design" so this is an Idea to fix it. When a form field is added, specifically a 'multiple lines of text' or textarea type field, the input font is displaying as typewriter. There is not way to change this to Arial, size 10, etc. The rest of the form fields, default, is NOT typewriter - so this really stands out. As a workaround, we had to modify the HTML for that specific field type. Ideally, the user should be able to modify font styling for both form field labels and inputs - for all field types. Additionally, the "default" should be the same styling for all form fields.

  • Add Flow Tile to Customer Journey

    Today, we have a tile for Workflow in the Customer Journey. Many of our customers are receiving the message to convert their workflows to flow. Can you add a Flow tile to the Customer Journey?

  • Enhance Ability of Content Blocks to Include Images, Forms, Dividers, Styling, etc. Not Just Text

    Today, I can only add simple text to a re-usable content block. There are several instances for almost all customers to have advanced content blocks that include images, forms, dividers, links, different layouts (columns/rows). The content block is very useful IF it can include the proper content. Please enhance the content block to contain more than simple text.
  • Support MultiSelect OptionSet Fields on Marketing Forms

    My understanding is that the MultiSelect Option set type field is fairly new. It does not appear as an option when I create a new Marketing form field - so I cannot map anything to it. This needs to be supported.
  • Event Registration Form Field Mapping & Required Fields

    We need the ability to map event registration form fields to CRM fields like we do with Marketing Form fields. Right now the only work around is to use a Marketing Form which negates the purpose of the Event Registration.

  • Broaden the Assigned To of an Activity Tile in Customer Journey

    Within a customer journey, you can create a task, phone call or appointment. The problem is that you can only assign it to the customer journey owner, contact owner, or creator of the contact. I have worked with several companies and this does not work for any of them. They all want the ability to assign to the sales person or contact account lead. Please broaden the field to select more than the 3 available. Make it like Dynamic Content where we can navigate to the field on the Contact entity.
  • Email Validation / Email Clean-Up / Email Verification

    Add functionality that validates email addresses like Neverbounce does. This will allow users to clean-up segments and subscription lists. We need real time email verification and cleaning. https://neverbounce.com/ Some examples of how to include this feature could be: 1. When I build or view a segment or subscription list, I want to see a button that says "Clean List". This button will either remove all Contacts with invalid addresses from the segment/list OR provide me with options on what to do. For example, it found 15 invalid addresses for reason X. What do you want to do? Leave alone, remove, fix 2. I want to generate a report. I will choose segments and/or subscription lists to run through validation. The tool will tell me the results so that I can share them with others in my business. It will also give me options for invalid addresses found such as remove, leave alone, or fix. 3. I want the option to "validate email addresses" on my Marketing forms so that if the address isn't valid, it cannot be submitted. 4. Add an option to customer journeys. This option will allow me to run my segment/list through validation before an email is sent. When checked, the tool will validate addresses upon sending emails. If addresses are not valid, the email will not be sent. 5. Add validation to Contact/Lead/Account records. When an email address is entered, it says whether it is valid or not.

    Please allow us to set the default for fields collected on the Preference Page used by Real Time Marketing.
  • Preference Page - Real Time - Branding & Styling

    Please allow us to brand and style the Preference Page used by Real Time Marketing. There is no way to add colors, a logo, font, etc. There is an area for text that says it supports images but it does not. I opened a ticket with MS and they confirmed it does not support these. We want the ability to brand this like any Marketing Page - which you can do now in Outbound with the subscription center.
  • Real Time Marketing - Email Editor - Need Different Email Status Reasons (Like in Outbound)

    In Outbound Marketing, there are a variety of status reasons. Of which is deactivated. In Real Time Marketing, I have Draft and Ready to Send. Please add an "Inactive" or allow us to track versions of an email (which I will put in different idea).
