Real Time Marketing - Email Editor - Please Add Versions and Version Tracking
It would be very useful if you could allow us to create Versions of an Email and have Version Tracking. For example, I navigate to real time marketing - go to Emails, and design a new email. I want to be able to make changes and see versions when I click save. If I need to look at a previous version, I can. If I need to restore a previous version, I can. -
Real Time Marketing - Emails Landing Page - Add Ability to Save Column Options
Maybe this is more D365 related, or maybe I am missing something, but I see a new "Column options" icon which is great - can you enhance it so that we can save the column changes we make? Every time I come back to this page I have to re-do my column options. -
Real Time Marketing - Email Editor - Add Image to Text Element like Outbound Email Editor Has
In Outbound Marketing, you can add an imaged from within a text element. This allows us to place images in text.
The new Real Time Marketing email editor does not have this feature. Can you add it?

Real Time Marketing - Event Triggers - Easily Change Event Trigger for Personalization
There are several reasons that Event Triggers need to be re-created and must use a different name.
Right now, if the Event Trigger changes, we have to go into the Email and re-select the Event Trigger for each personalized field it provides.
It would be nice if we can simply change/update the Event Trigger used by an Email in a single location. Since personalization only allows us to use one Trigger per Email - it would make sense to have an Event Trigger field at a higher level that we can change.
So for example, I have 5 fields that are personalized & provided by Event Trigger A. For some reason, I must switch to using Event Trigger B. The same attributes/fields exist in Trigger B. I would like to go to a field, update it from Event Trigger A to Event Trigger B. The personalization automatically updates. If for some reason a field in my email is not found in the new Trigger, you would just highlight that with a red exclamation point like you do now if the source needs identified.

Real Time Marketing - Event Triggers - Update Online Documentation
We recently discovered something that would be beneficial to have known from the online documentation for Event Triggers.
The online documentation says to create a new event trigger from the D365 Marketing app & then provide the developer with information.
Instead, our developer created the event trigger on the backend. After he created the trigger and marked it 'Ready for Use' - we saw the trigger appear in our Event Triggers list in D365 Marketing (Great/no problem). We also saw the Event Trigger available for selection when we created a New Journey (Great/no problem).
The issue is when we tried to update our RT Email with the new Trigger. The new trigger did not appear - despite showing in all other areas. We found that it just took time. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes and the new event trigger finally appeared as an option in the email for personalization.
I think it would help others to know that 1. You can created event triggers from the backend and 2. It could take 10-15 minutes before you can see it in email.

Real Time Marketing - Journeys - Delete Journey
Can you please give us the ability to Delete and/or Archive Journeys in Real Time Marketing?

Real Time Marketing - Journeys - Need Analytics on Individual Tile/Stage of Journey
In outbound marketing, you can see a lot of analytics/results for every single tile in the journey. Specifically, I can select a tile/stage of the journey and see exactly what Contacts hit that tile/stage. Please add this to Real Time Journeys.
For example, I have a Branch that says if the Contact is in a segment, follow Yes. If not, follow No. If they follow Yes - they are sent a text message.
I can currently see that 2 Contacts followed the No path - but I have no idea which 2 Contacts they were. This makes testing/verification very difficult.

Tenant Migration Tool / Improvement
We could really use a solution/tool to migrate D365 Marketing from one tenant to another. While I am aware of the current documentation and processes, this requires a lot of manual work and results in data loss.
Ideally, we could migrate everything - emails, pages, images, files, analytics, reports, etc - from one environment to another. Whether this be through a tool, a Microsoft support request, or a third-party application - doesn't matter.

Real Time Marketing - Please Add Back 'ViewAsWebPageURL' Feature to Email
In Outbound Marketing, we had access to a message's 'ViewAsWebPageURL'. This allowed us to provide customers with a link that opened the email in a web browser.
This feature does not appear yet in Real Time marketing. This idea is to add the feature to Real Time marketing so that customers can open emails in their web browser.

Real Time Marketing - Please Add Subscription List Support
Real Time Marketing comes with a Preference Page. This page is needed to manage the new Contact-point based consent records. However, this page does not support any subscription list preferences. Please add the ability for customer's to manage their subscription list preferences to the Preference Page for Real Time Marketing. This would also require us telling the page which lists to show or not show based on things like Contact type, Company product, brand, language, etc. Not all Contacts should see all subscription lists. Ideally this would work similarly to the Subscription Center used for Outbound Marketing today where we can personalize a center for each type of Contact we have. We also can change the display name and default for the lists.
