MS should have a new mechanism on how to manage the projects when users leave the company. When users leave the company, the project is deleted which makes others cannot access and lose data.

Omnichannel - add the ability to choose the icon in the active phone call

When you receive a call in the customer service workspace app, you have these buttons in the ribbon: Unmute/mute|Hold|Dialpad|Mark Spam|More. When you click more then see more options, one of them is Take notes.
We'd like the ability to choose which icon is displayed first, e.g. in yourtown the call center agents do take notes more than Mark spam.

I want to be able to create a new project with Project for the web even without administrator privileges.
If this feature is installed, we believe that even users who find it difficult to grant administrator privileges due to company regulations will be able to perform flexible tasks such as creating calendars.

Unable to change the owner of a project/survey in Customer Voice

Please find my 2 ideas below for details, thanks!
(1) We know there was a limitation on the product that users cannot change the owner for a project. It will cause many issues that if the owner left the company or went on leave, then it is impossible for other back up to manage the project anymore. Will there be a plan to work this out?
(2) Cannot identify who is the owner of the survey, it is product design that users can cooperate within one project to design surveys. And if other users created surveys in a wrong project, then it is impossible for the manager to delete/remove the wrong surveys and it is messing the project. Hope this will get fixed in the future.

Paused survey response to be saved more than 28 days

Currently the paused responses are available for 28 days from the date when a respondent opens the survey. A respondent can return to the survey and submit the responses within 28 days. This is by design and there has not been methods to extend this period.
It would be more convenient for users if the paused response period could be longer than 28 days, or there is a setting to extend this. Please kindly consider this in the future release

Please extend your image file format support and include SVG

Our customer has detailed requirements in terms of logo positioning and style, therefore just placing a single, static header image is not sufficient.
All requirements regarding the tool could easily be fulfilled if a vector-based (modern) image file format like svg is supported as a resource out of the box. Unfortunately, only BMP, GIF, JPEG, and PNG is supported.
- Please urgently add SVG-support to Customer Voice and all other Dynamics 365 products where still missing!
- Additionally, it would be handy to link images from web addresses or a customer's CDN.
By fulfilling this request, you'll basically add advanced functionalities like right-aligning logos inside headers, responsive layouts and custom styling options to your offering basically for free.

Customer Voice Role Assignment

We would love to see integration of RBAC in Customer Voice with the standard (at least) or custom Dynamics365 roles. We contacted your support team in order to achieve the following solution:
- Control which agents can create and delete surveys, its questions and their answers.
- Control which agents can edit/which can not edit those surveys, questions and answers (separately, as those are different entities in Dynamics)
- Do it all checking that specific agent D365 roles, apart from those needed within the Customer Voice application)

"Describe what form you'd like to create, including its context, purpose,. inteded audience and any specific requirements to be considered.
And then some example prompts like "Draft an in-take form for a fitness center to collect..."

Automating sharing of Projects related to Customer Voice

We would like to use Power Automate flow to share every newly created project to certain user (or service account).
Unfortunately currently with the Customer Voice connector in Power Automate you cannot share projects. There are only two actions that can be done with the Customer Voice connector and those are "Create an invitation" and "Send a survey"
By sharing the project automatically with the "backup-user" or service account we ensure Projects don't get orphaned if the original Project Owner leaves the organization and hasn't shared the Project manually from the Customer Voice UI.
