    This was a key requirement for selecting Customer Insights as our CDP and we were excited to finally get it in GA but was never released for some reason. Can we please have this feature back? Even pre-release so that we can trial would be handy.

  • Sandbox, UAT and Prod environment strategy included in license

    Provide an additional sandbox environment as part of license. At the moment the single Sandbox and Prod is significantly challenging is trying to manage a Dev, Test, Prod standard environment strategy. Especially when we're experiencing issues with that single Sandbox because we're making Dev changes which break the fragile product very easily (ie: testing the dataverse sharing with BYO Data lake and Private endpoint configuration).


    This should/could be rolled out with DevOps functionality to help manage change releases on PII data which is highly regulated in most industries.


    The alternative is to use minimal features and make minimal changes as the product is fragile, temperamental and unnecessarily complex/tightly coupled to original configurations.

  • Customer Profile entity and nested attributes

    The use case:


    Customer 1234 with Policy 89 and Policy 65, purchases a new Policy 23. Add this customer to a 'existing customer purchased new policy' segment and send to communication platform. Must have Customer Profile attributes and Policy 23 attributes sent for personalisation purposes.


    Using the current segmentation and customer profile features we can only create a segment and pass through the customer profile attributes. The customer profile entity needs to be able to handle 1:many nested attributes for our use case.

  • Add ability to filter by dynamic dates in future

    The segments UI doesn't allow to refer to dynamic dates in the future, only fixed dates. We need the ability to create segments where RenewalDate is between 7 to 12 weeks in the future. Currently the only dynamic date selection feature is "within last X Days/Weeks/Months', i.e. only works dynamically for dates in the past.

     

    We need the ability to filter by "in less than X days" and "in more than X days".

  • CoPilot converation summary stored in bulk in dataverse table

    As an admin/analyst/supervisor I would like to access the CoPilot generated summaries in bulk in a dataverse table for future analysis. Currently only an agent can see the generated summary and they can copy the text. Instead of the agent manually copying each summary and pasting in a shared table, it would be much more helpful is this was automated.
