Ability to restrict edit but allow display for Expense management Re-Imagined
Suggested by Gale Dallyn – New – 0 Comments
Ability to restrict edit but allow display for Expense management Re-Imagined.
Currently the Employee can change the Expense category description without changing the Expense category ID.
This provides for a mismatch of information.
This could be accomplished by a Read Only option in Expense fields visibility (Expense reports re-imagined)
Current options are Recommended, Optional, Required, Do not display

Resource availability form only works for cross companies if posting profile payroll allocation is set to All
Payroll allocation posting profiles should have flexibility for All, Table and Group as per rest of D365FO. The Project ID contextual filter
Suggested by Imane Ait Allal – New – 0 Comments
The Project ID contextual filter in all forms that include ID project information for example all project list page shows NO project IDs in the drop-down list.
Users are trained to use these contextual filters and while it is working as expected for the customers list page, it does not work for projects list page and forms that include ID project information.
The project ID contextual filter should have the same behavior as the customer ID contextual filter.

Project invoice report should show in a separate line the retention amount
Suggested by Larissa Arroyo Castillo – New – 0 Comments
When there is a customer retention amount in a project invoice, once the invoice is posted, the invoice line amount is showing the retention amount applied to it. However, this might cause confusion and so we are suggesting to improve the information shown in the invoice report by adding another line to show the retention amount separately from the invoice lines.
