    Item sales tax group availability when entering itemized expenses in the expense management power app.

    The item sales tax group is currently not available when entering the expense itemization. the item sales tax group is only available after itemizing the expense and by going to the view all itemized expenses.


    The idea is to make the item sales tax group already available when itemizing the expenses.

    Job Record (Tasks Tab) - Add Milestone Type and Charge Code as additional columns

    On the Job Record, the user is able to view the "Task" tab and add any Job Task related information using various fields (i.e., start date, end date, effort, etc.).


    In this view, I would like to be able to add "Milestone Type" and "Charge Code" as columns. These fields currently live on the Job Task record, and it would help for job management if these fields can be visible in the "Task" tab view. This will enhance visibility and allow users to better manage their jobs, billing, and deadlines in the job record.

    Job Task - Add Task Checklist Roll Forward Capability

    On the Job Record, users are able to add/edit tasks to the job and further add checklist items under each Job Task.

    Job Record > Tasks Tab > Open Task Details > Checklist


    The system permits users to add checklist items but it DOES NOT roll forward with the newly created engagement for the next year. Thus, this causes users a great amount of effort to manually re-create and add the task checklists item to each of their new jobs. For instance, partners/managers may have an x amount of jobs with different Job Tasks, leading to a variety of different checklist items.


    Solution: Create ability to apply a template for job task checklists and roll the checklist items forward when new jobs are created.

    When making changes to Role ID using "cost estimates" view in WBS, the save button does not update.

    When working with the WBS and a change of the Role on the cost estimate lines results in an updated sales or cost price, the related totals on summary tasks are not updated accordingly.

    Business process flow for tables that have a 1:N relationship

    Business process flow cannot currently be used for tables that have a 1:N relationship.


    For example:

    Multiple quotes can be created from an opportunity, but a business process flow can only be applied to one associated quote.

    When I click the stage corresponding to the quote table, you can only transition to one predetermined quote.

    Other quotes do not show business process flows.

    Creation of one single invoice while generating the invoice for billing schedule with different projects and the consolidated by customer option is checked.

    While creating the billing schedule through the subscription billing module, and moving ahead with generating the Invoice, and marking the consolidated by customer parameter as "yes". The system is generating different sales order and invoice proposal, even the customer is the same for all the transaction.  


    For the scenario the transactions are related to different project Ids, however having the same project contract.


    For business justification: If client provides more than 20 services under one contract to each end customer and they have to bill the end customer every month for all the services but as per the current behavior of the system the end customer will receive 20 different invoices and then it would create issues for end customer.


    As the "Billing schedule with projects" feature is enabled so the expectation is if "consolidated by customer" option in the generate invoice form is checked, the system should consolidate the billings schedule lines as per the customer in the transaction details irrespective of the different project ids and create a single invoice.  invoice.

    Project forecast and subprojects

    If the project has the sub projects, when we create forecast for the Main project and sub projects.

     

    When we open the All-forecast form, there is no option to "Include sub projects" on the form. All the forecasts are displayed on the form.

    The INCLUDE SUBPROJECTS logic should be available everywhere, not only in some forms.

    Dialog customizability

    In the time entry, you need a function that can be customized from the "Delete immediately after clicking [Delete]" action to the "Delete immediately after clicking [Delete]" action.

    We feel that the effort of clicking the OK button after clicking Delete is wasted, and it would be quite useful to have a Feature that can omit the action of having to click OK.

    It seems to be protected by client code now, but it would be even more convenient if it could be customized by the user.
