Ability to change the entities that can be looked up in the "Regarding" field for each active entity
I think it would be useful to have the ability to look up entities in the "Regarding" field of each Activity entity (Task, Call, etc.) without any code development work. For example, a task entity refers to the ability to reference only contacts, and a Call entity refers to the ability to reference the values of opportunity and custom entities. -
About the ability to hide entities that users do not have access to.
When We do an advanced find search in the Regarding (regardingobjectid) field of an active entity, we see an entity that doesn't have access to that user on the left side of the screen. Of course, if we try to view the record, we'll get an error, but we don't have to bother showing the unauthorized entity to the user.
We want the ability to hide unauthorized entities in that location.

Feature that monitors the creation and editing of metadata
We can get an audit of record creation and edit in Dynamics 365.
But there is no way to know by which user and when they created the metadata such as views and entities.
We don't want permissions to control creation and editing.
We just want to monitor.
We need a feature that can log information about when and by whom the metadata was created and edited.

A feature to set the schedule filter for the activity entity on the UI
We need the ability to use schedule filters for activity entities in other entities.
With this feature, we will be able to easily pick up record information in any time period on the UI.

We need a feature to set multiple records in the lookup field.

The features described in the docs below are currently only available in CSW and OCS.
For users using Customer Service Hub app, being able to use the Dynamics 365 Customer Service as a feature is very beneficial for users who primarily use this app.

Feature to customize the items displayed in the recordset
It would be very useful if a feature was implemented to customize the items displayed in the recordset. Currently, the behavior is to display the fields corresponding to the view before the record was opened. However, the field information required in the view may differ from the information we want to see on the recordset. It would be much more convenient if the information displayed in the recordset could be displayed not only in column values but also in column labels.
