    Mileage - Enable distance calculation

    Hi


    It would be interesting to enable the distance calculation in the New Expense App or in the new workspace. Employee would just have to enter the starting and destination addresses and select the more convenient map for him. It would replace the current field where the employee has to enter himself the distance.

    For the employee, it would be a better experience.

    For the controlling team, it would mean less control to provide for this kind of expense as they know that the distance has been calculated by the app.

    For both, the work is facilitated and made easier.

    ProjInvoiceProposalListPage items not visible when Organization specified role is assigned to a user.


    There are 2 conditions to meet this limitation, having a custom role to a customer without admin privileges while setting "Grant specific organizations manually" and going directly from "All projects" > "Project invoice proposals".


    As the issue do not happen with default roles, will be interesting if this possibility is also included with custom ones, allowing new security possibilities when accessing project invoiced without the need to go from another form.


    This issue has been happening on last versions so it is supposed no one has come across this issue in the past.

    Sales order ID should be displayed on the Project invoice proposal form

    The issue appears during invoicing process from project based on the created sales order on the project. If sales order lines are used to create invoice proposal, on the invoice proposal form there is no information about the referenced sales order ID. There is also no possibility to add the filed by personalization (Insert columns...) It causes much inconvenience because the person responsible for creating invoice proposal has to look on all sales orders created on the project in a different screen, compare and search for the correct line.


    During project lifecycle quite many sales orders could be created and double checking extends the time and make the process not optimal.


    The sales order ID field with reference to the sales order where the sales order line has been created should be added to the invoice proposal form. It is applicable for invoicing sales order lines scenario (Transaction origin = Sales order).

    Make Approval Set customizable

    Make the approval set entity customizable so that as an admin I can change Views, etc.


    Approval sets take some time for them to be processed and currently I cannot provide a view like "my pending approval sets" that shows only those approval sets with meaningful fields that are relevant for the current user. Reason is that, according to the message in Make.Powerapps, the entity is set as not customizable

    Tools to migrate project data in F&O so that dual-write can be enabled

    We have existing project data in our F&O environment. This blocks us from being able to enable dual-write with CE environment for Project Operations. We desperately need a way to move forward with dual-write.

    Need to have the option to exclude from the Missing timesheet report any records or employee-period lines in the report where the employee period/s have already been deleted

    Report: Project management and accounting>Inquiries and reports>Timesheet reports>Missing timesheets


    Currently, we are still seeing and unable to remove Employee/Date records in the Missing timesheet report even after deleting the specific Period record from the Employee/Worker record.


    There should be an option to exclude those records as it doesn't make sense to include them on it.

    Select on account for credit note with invoice status "Fully invoiced"

    When we have a fixed price project and make an on account transaction, invoice status is "Chargeable". When user makes an invoice proposal and post it, Invoice status is "Fully invoiced".


    If user credit the line:

    Select for credit note, make a new invoice proposal and post it > Invoice status is "Chargeable"


    With invoice status "Chargeable" user is not available to finish the project.


    It would be good if there is an option select on account for credit note to result in "Fully invoiced" status.

    Revenue Schedule option to select from which period the revenue schedule should start in Sales order invoices.

    Example Given:


    Sales order is created on 1st of April.


    When revenue schedule for specific periods is selected and sales order is invoiced with a future date (1st of May), the system is adding the revenue schedule period in which the sales order was originally created, and it is not starting from the Invoice period.


    Include an option for the revenue schedule, to exclude the period in which the sales order has been created if the sales order is used for future invoicing.

    Deferred Revenue transactions on Project are not being recognized as 'Project Posting Type'. Therefore it is not appearing in the Project Profit and Loss report.

    I raised this as a bug to MS, but I was told that the Revenue Recognition module currently have limited integration with the Project module. And although MS recognized that this is not ideal, they still need more more customers to raise the same issue before it can be considered to be changed.
