Pulling "Labels" field from Project Tasks section into Dashboard Views
Currently, under the Job Task section, "Labels" is a column that can be added to the Project Task section in Project Operations. This column allows the user to add customizable (coloured) tags to Job Tasks in the Grid View.
However, in dashboard and views, users are unable to select "Labels" as a field/column. For example, the fields "Bucket" and "Priority" are reportable fields in the dashboard/views, but "Labels" does not exist.
The request is to ADD "Labels" as a field (field from the Job Task section of a Job) to be added as a column in Dashboards and Views.

Job Task - Add Task Checklist Roll Forward Capability
On the Job Record, users are able to add/edit tasks to the job and further add checklist items under each Job Task.
Job Record > Tasks Tab > Open Task Details > Checklist
The system permits users to add checklist items but it DOES NOT roll forward with the newly created engagement for the next year. Thus, this causes users a great amount of effort to manually re-create and add the task checklists item to each of their new jobs. For instance, partners/managers may have an x amount of jobs with different Job Tasks, leading to a variety of different checklist items.
Solution: Create ability to apply a template for job task checklists and roll the checklist items forward when new jobs are created.

Improve Link between Job and Account Record (Activity Tasks)
Currently, when creating an Activity Task on the Job Record, the system does not show the associated "Account Name". For example, in dashboards/views for Activity Tasks on job records, the "Account Name (Regarding)" field does not populate with a value.
To improve visibility on Activity Tasks, the "Account Name (Regarding)" field should populate with the associated client for activity tasks created on the Job Record. This will improve efficiency in communications between teams and minimize the additional clicks required to locate the Account name.

Job Record (Tasks Tab) - Add Milestone Type and Charge Code as additional columns
On the Job Record, the user is able to view the "Task" tab and add any Job Task related information using various fields (i.e., start date, end date, effort, etc.).
In this view, I would like to be able to add "Milestone Type" and "Charge Code" as columns. These fields currently live on the Job Task record, and it would help for job management if these fields can be visible in the "Task" tab view. This will enhance visibility and allow users to better manage their jobs, billing, and deadlines in the job record.

Job Record - Queue Item Details (Add Button on Job Record)
On the job task and activity task record, the "Queue Item Details" button appears on the top banner.
However, this functionality, does not exist on the Job Record. In some instances, Queues are used to describe changes to be applied on the Job Record, but the user is forced to open multiple tabs to view the Queue Item Details and Job Record. Including the button for "Queue Item Details" on the job record will create efficiency for our Admin Colleagues as they will not have to leave the Job record to update the 'Queue Item Details' and can modify them from within the Job itself.

Default Dashboards in Sales Hub and Project Operations
When a default dashboard is selected in Sales Hub, the same dashboard is automatically set in Project Operations. However, if that specific dashboard doesn't exist in Project Operations, the system reverts to its default dashboard.
Users should be able to set their preferred default dashboard in each application independently. This means they can select a sales-focused dashboard in Sales Hub, and when switching to Project Operations, have a different default dashboard tailored to job management.
