Project management and accounting > Setup > Posting > Default offset accounts for expenses. This table should allow for a GL account specification based on the project group.

Project management and accounting > Setup > Indirect costs > Indirect cost component group assignment rules. This table should allow the user to apply indirect costs (or not) based on project group. Because this is not an available option, my customer will have to maintain the table each time a new project is created where they do not expect indirect costs to be applied.

I was looking for professional team maker and Premier partner org level up with Azure premier Studio.

Users wants the tracking views exporting to excel because the published WBS wants to share this across the different departments so that they we will check what works need to be done on priority, items used, what left over and also check the budget if exceeded or not.

Currently, the CDX.DEMO tenant does not support Project Operations (PO), and there is no dedicated demo available for it. While customers can use the CDX Demo Experience to explore Sales and Customer Service, and PSA is available (albeit with compatibility limitations due to old licenses), the absence of Project Operations licenses means PO cannot be deployed.

To explore Project Operations, customers must provision a trial environment, which requires the use of a credit card. Additionally, since the CDX tenant is a demo environment, purchasing licenses is not an option.

Including Project Operations in the CDX Tenant Demo would significantly benefit customers, allowing them to explore and evaluate PO without the need to set up a trial or provide credit card details. This enhancement would streamline the demo process and provide a more comprehensive experience within the CDX Demo platform.

Benefits:

• Simplifies the evaluation process for customers.
• Eliminates the need for provisioning trials using credit cards.
• Offers a unified demo experience across multiple Dynamics 365 modules, including Project Operations.

This inclusion would address a common pain point and improve the overall utility of the CDX.DEMO environment for customers.

Currently, the ability to customize the “worker type” is not implemented.

The addition of this feature would improve convenience for users.

We would like to be able to register actual man-hours, actual expenses, and actual material usage, and have them reflected in the project results without approval. The current operation requires approval in order to be reflected in the project. This would make Dynamics 365 more convenient.

This is relating to KB975236, issue is unable to open Project invoice journal form for the Project which has more than 2000 invoices.

Currently, the workaround is to apply a filter to limit the results to less than 2000 records.

However, we would like to have the fix in the future releases.

Project Operations has revamped the architecture multiple times but it is still not where it should be. The fact that performance is very low, especially for copying projects and other bulk operations, is partly related to internal syncs between underlying apps. This constraint should be overcome to provide a faster platform and more seamless and reliable user experience. This includes the simplification of the scheduling API which should be as easy as the usage of the rest of the CE/Dataverse APIs.

Intercompany hours (hours by IC resources) can be posted by timesheet only. However, it is not possible to address IC resources in the Hour journal. If the pre-selected filter by "Resouce legal entity" is taken away, no IC resources show up. We would like to have the possibility to post IC project hours by Hour journal as well.
