Project lookup like the customer lookup
The customer lookup has a very user-friendly functionality to be able to lookup customers by name if you start typing a name in the lookup field. Implementations that make use of the project module have to select the project ID a lot throughout dynamics (like in a timesheet). I think it would improve user-friendliness if the project can be selected by typing the project name in the lookup field.

Daily digest of workflow notifications and upcoming deadlines
have one e-mail a day with a daily digest of workflow notifications and upcoming deadlines instead of one e-mail per workflow item that is assigned to you. -
File drag and drop to attach receipts or create expenses with attached receipts
Drop files onto the expense grid to create new expense lines for all files that are dropped. Drop files onto the details section of an expense to attach the file as a receipt. -
Revenue recognition on free-text invoices
The revenue recognition module only works on (project) sales orders. Since revenue recognition is interesting for services / subscription sales, it in a good option to get this invoiced via (recurring) (project) free-text invoices. (Project) Free text invoices are also interesting if your invoices are created externally. Idea is to have the revenue schedule and contract terms fields on free-text invoice line so we can recognize the associated revenue over time. -
Subcontracting flow
Support to subcontract a part of your project tasks and fulfill some project resource requirements with a subcontract. An integrated purchasing flow should exist that keep timings and estimated effort aligned. Project actuals should be triggered upon confirmation of received services (for which the supplier can send an invoice later in time) -
Remove the distinction between stocked/production order and non-stocked/resource scenario
I cannot see a reason why it would be impossible to make one scenario out of the two. Stocked item scenario's stay in F&O to integrate better with D365 SCM. (item forecasts/committed costs and item project transactions are communicated back to CE to get the project financials right) -
Print management of F&O for subcontract confirmations
Be able to trigger the print management of FO to communicate the purchase order confirmation. Verdord need the purchase order number from FO to make their invoice with our purchase order number so it can be matched automatically.
