MVP Bug - Unable to create Business Rule from Quick Create form
On a Quick Create form when opening the field properties and navigating to the Business Rules tab, when you create a New rule the resulting form will not let you add conditions or Actions or Save the record.

When looking at list of Available views for Opportunity - you still see "Won Opportunties"
I would expect that is the view is disabled, you should not see it.
