Cannot add Competitor to Lead on the associated view
REPRO:
Expose the Competitors navigation item on the Lead form.
From a Lead record navigate to the Competitors associated view
Select Add Existing Lead
Choose an existing Lead record
The result is the Competitor not being added to the Lead
