Get errors when removing navigation items from the form and cannot re-add items.
REPRO:
Open form editor for Quick Campaign (Updated) form
Click Navigation from the ribbon
Receive error with no option to download log (screenshot)
Proceed and select individual navigation items
Select Remove and receive same error but item is removed
Once all items are removed, no items appear in the list of items to add (screenshot)
