REPRO:
-assumes Skype is installed

Pin a Contact to the dashboard
Expand the record to show the contact card
Click the phone icon to make a call
Select Yes when you are prompted to switch apps to open Skype

Skype opens snapped to one side with the CRM for Tablets app on the other. CRM is unusable, only the right most content from the dashboard is visible and you cannot scroll to additional content. Re-sizing the applications does not produce scroll bars for the CRM app or re-size the content.

Screen shot is attached

Hi, thanks for the feedback. If you install the new app that is in the windows app store, which is targeted for Windows 8.1 you will get a fully functional side by side experience. Currently there are two windows apps in the store, "Microsoft Dynamics CRM", and "Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Windows 8", you want the first to get this functionality. Please be aware that if you are configuring the 8.1 targeted application against an onpremise enviornment additional setup steps may be required. Thanks, Beth
