Setup for BOM to be mandatory in Production Order
At present there is no option to make BOM consumption mandatory in Production Order. Also system is allowing to do Production without any consumption. There should be a setup to disable or enable Production order without any consumption or BOM.
Time and Attendance profile calendar special days
2 ideas: 1. Make profile calendar & lines importable. Currently it is not. It adds lots of manual work to set it up for large number of employees in multiple groups. 2. Add ability to use half day in special days. There are cases when we need to assign half day off for employees.
Adjust duration on production job based on already RAFed quantities
Make it possible to adjust duration on production job based on already RAFed quantities.
For example, production order is for 500 pcs, route specified 1min/pcs.
When originally scheduled, production job was for 500 mins.
Then I posted job card for 5...

I am working in a textile company which has production subcontracted in diverse countries and we try to generate the subcontracting purchase orders. Grouping by vendor or date work great but we still miss the possibility to group by item. In our case we have different production orders by item...

Data entity for Batch route operations
There is currently a data entity for Production Route Operations. From working with Microsoft, by design, this data entity is filtered to only pull PRODUCTION route information. For those of us using Batch orders, this does no good. From working with Microsoft we were told we would have to bui...
Thank you for your feedback. This seems like a product bug, as there should be no difference between a route on a prodction order and a batch order. Please log a support request to get this fixed.

Reservation control on BOM line level
When you have a production order, some items are just supermarket items that are backflushed and do not require reservations. It would be nice to be able to specify on a BOM-line wether or not the item on the line is to be reserved upon the update specified in the production parameters (e.g. r...
Thank you for your feedback. We released this feature named Override default production reservation. The feature is on by default in feature management.
This feature enables you to set a default reservation principle for each item model group, which means that you can have different reservation principles applied automatically for each item that is part of a production bill of material (BOM) or batch order formula. For each item model group, you can now choose whether that group should override the default reservation principle set for an order, and choose what that group's reservation principle should be (manual, estimation, scheduling, release, or start). When you create a new production or batch order, you are asked to select a reservation principle to apply to that order and all of its BOM or formula lines. With this new feature, some or all of the BOM or formula lines can instead override that default to match the reservation principle set for the relevant item model group.

Unpick for prodution orders
When doing a manual unpick for Production orders, the item ends up as on hand in the Input location not in the original storage location. so the item is not really unpicked because the process is not really reversed. The consequence is that the next prod order that needs this item will see it ...
Thank you for your feedback. We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason:
- As an alternative option, you can use set the warehouse parameter Issue status after raw material picking = Reserved physical. In that case the inventory transactions will stay in status Reserved physical after releasing the materials to warehouse.
